Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I have changed the motherboard from Intel to Gigabyte(GA-G32M ES2L) since then the problem of my pc freezing while playing games started. My configuration is Processor:Pentium D...

1) Make sure that your Power Source is giving enough energy to the new Mother Board and make sure it's compatible.
2) Make sure that the new Mother Board is compatible with all of your current hardware, you can check this in the webpage from the Mother Board Company.
3) Check the voltage requirements for the Mother Board, check the BUS speed of the Mother Board and compatibility with the transfer speed of each of your current hardware.
4) It's never recommended yo change only a Mother Board since usually there's going to be problems with the rest of the hardware if it wasn't changed, if the problem persists, you'll have to buy new hardware that is compatible with your new Mother Board.
5) If you know how a BIOS works and how to configure one, you could also check the configuration in the BIOS, not sure it will work but it's worth a try if you know what you're doing.

I don't know what motherboard it is that i have to download the users manual can you please.....please help me

Turn off the PC. Remove the side panel from the case. Get a flashlight and inspect the mother board. You're looking for a number to identify the type of mother board. ASUS mother boards usually place this number just to the left of the memory slots. It's usually 5 or 6 digit long and made up of both letters and numbers. One of my computers with a ASUS mother board is a P5LD2. Once you know this number you can go to http://support.asus.com/ and download updated drivers for *********** board. You may need to identify what type of socket *********** has. If you have a fairly recent Intel microprocessor you probably have a socket 775 mother board. If it's an AMD microprocessor it's probably a SocketAM2 or AM3. You might have to do some searching if these choices don't work. I hope this advice helps you out.

Will an Intel E7400 processor work with an MSI P965 Neo F V2?

Your processor "Intel E7400" is listed as a socket 775 Intell core 2 duo processor. Your motherboard "MSI P965 Neo F V2" is listed as an Intell board using a socket 775 processor socket. The front side buss (or fsb) speed capabilities of the mother board, and the buss speed of the processor are compatible They should play nice with each other.

Good Luck!

New Problem

The manual you need will be on the board manufacturers web page, howevr I will bet you have the case power switch and perhaps the reset switch on the wrong pins on the mother board. To check this, remove the switch leads from the mother board, then use a small screw driver and bridge the pins on the mother board a pair at a time. All of these leads plug on to the board in a line and not across the two lines of pins. when you get the mother board to fire up by this method geet a torch and look closely alongside the pins you will see the letters PWR SW or RS SW. It does not matter what polarity these two sets of leads are plugged onto both will work. The LED lights on the case front will only work if the polarity is correct but it will not do any harm if they are backwords. On the board you should se two sets of pins marked HDD and PWR these are the led light pins you will know you have them right when the usual red and green lights are working at the front of your tower. Sound problem!

May be too basic, but first : 1. Check whether you have installed speakers in the Speaker Out socket 2. Speakers are powered on properly, try on another system for confirmation if possible. 3. Check whether your Microsoft XP with Service Pack 2 ? If not, install SP2 first and try reloading the drivers. 4. Drivers are available at : http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareList?os=228&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&product=391284&lang=en Thanks, Rajesh
