    Hi
I just got mine. I tought I was going to be able to upload stuff on my m540 too, by bluetooth because seems like the usb cable was only for charging the battery...
So I send files to my m540 via bluetooth, wich seems successful, but then they tell me where the files will be uploaded, in a folder named object... but still
I can't find the folder object on my cellphone...

I was thinking about buying a microSD card so I can upload files on it and than put it in my cellphone and have the files, but I read somewhere that telus wont let anything not downloaded from telus works on their new cellphone... it is kind of a mess because I paid for that cellphone... i hope it will be working entirely!

I just go the phone too and I have an iMac.  I plug it in and it starts to charge but nothing even pops up, HELP!!!  I want to put music onto my phone but I really don't want to but it from Telus!  Maybe ask your friends to send you music from their cells.

I have a similar problem, I hook it up to my computer via USB cable and connect to PC and load the music on, but when I go to My Music on the phone, it says there's nothing there, but I loaded about 300MB of music onto it and I can see that when I look in the mas storage section, just not when I'm in my music. Even when I look at it with the TELUS media player on my computer it says that it's all there, but on my phone it says I have nothing :(

My Micro SD card and LG keybo wont detect, pictures, songs, videos

Hello,
You are clearly upset. Some of your readers may not much appreciate the level of language you use. As to your MicroSD card, check if it is not SDHC. If your telephone does not support SDHC, there is nothing you can do except upgrade the firmware of your phone (if possible.)
If I were in your boots, and being so worked up, I would return the card and get my money back.

Hope it helps

It's quite simple. First search for a microSD slot, the logo on it should look similar to:
http://www.maxedigital.com/ekmps/shops/maxedigital/images/logo_microsd.gif

After you locate it, open it to see if it currently has one in it. If it does, great! Buy an adapter for your computer to read MicroSD and just put the music files under that card under the "MUSIC" folder.

If not, then you have three options:
1. Purchase a card. This is by far the best method and I highly suggest this. It's a MicroSD card, get at least 1gb stick and you'll be fine for a while.

2. Connect it to the computer. Most LG phones come with software to transfer music onto your cellphone. You may need to purchase a connection cable though, talk to your local cellphone company's store about it.

3. Send the music as an MMS! This is the least perfered method, but it works for small files. Upload your music as an attachment in your email. Depending on which carrier you have, the address may be different, but (assuming you're using AT&T) your addres will be:
number@txt.att.net

Example:
The number 123-123-1234 would be:
1231231234@txt.att.net

IPOD UPLOAD

Well the only way is to buy a program that allows you to transer mp3 songs off a device and put it back onto your computer. There are programs that let you do it for free.....but you have to do it song by song. LONG process...trust me i tried haha. It does work though. But yea you can A. Jail break your ipod and download the program that converts your music for you. or just buy the program to do it for you. But you can only jail break it if its an I touch first or second gen.
