You will probably have to get with the manufacturer and retrieve a new disc to load it back onto the unit. I have never heard of being able to delete that maybe disabled or something but those usually don't get deleted. look for a manual for that unit or model and read up or get with a TView dealer. The Wholesale house in Ohio is a good place to check with , Good Luck !
That worries me when the fuses dont`t blow, otherwise I would have told you you made the wrong connections or did not ground enough. You can find fuses in any hardware stores and if your purchase is recent, have it replaced or get your money back. I suspect something wrong with the item. Or go to place where they are specialized in installing DVD monitors in cars; they`d tell you if it`s blown up or not. My TView monitor is really blown up and I am trying to find out if it can be fixed. My warranty has expired and I am kind of stucked.
