You can repair it by reinstalling your OS. Insert bootable Operating System Installer disc. Press any key to boot from it.  After accepting the OS agreement, on the next page it will look for previous installation of your OS and there will be a menu for choosing installing a fresh copy of the operating system and repairing your OS. Choose repairing OS if your files had been corrupted or damaged.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have a Toshiba satelite laptop that runs slow and says that it is neary full. I need to free some some space but do not know what to delete. Everything on it seams to relate to microsoft.

You may have installed every softwares on your System Drive (typically C:/, where the OS is installed). Try to install them on other partitions, this will free up some spaces.

You may try with Disk Cleanup utility. To use it go to: Start> All Programs> Accessories> System Tools> Disk CleanUp. This will ask you which of the disk to be cleaned up. Select the desired System Drive Letter and click on OK. You may delete Windows Error reporting files, System error memory dump files from there. You can also delete older restore points by clicking on Clean Up System Files. Select System drive letter as before and click on more options. Under System Restore and shadow copies click clean up. This will remove all but the latest restore point.

Hope this helps, Mrityunjay

Cannot start my start laptop its as soon as I put the password blue screen appears crash dump cannot start

Would be nice to know error code on the blue screen. That is pointing on the problem-and solution.Anyway, you can try system restore. On boot, computer shows start-up options, and among them is "System Restore".Hit that button and try to restore OS in earlier point of time.Or try Safe mode.Run-msconfig-enter-system restore. To be honest, from my bad experience, blue screen on boot is almost always connected to dying hard drive. Good luck, and keep us posted.

After uninstalling antivirus my acer laptop has encountered by blue dump problem. there is no restoring points in safemode also. what i have to do?

You had to run the recovery disk which you got with your laptop .
if you don't have it you may call costumer support and ask for it.
if blue dump screen says beginning dump of physical memory.
uninstall av. and install any registry repair software eg.iolo system mechanic , regcure etc.

Goodday..a blue screen showing "beginning dump of physical memory" came up and my system restarted..this has happened thrice now. pls how can i fix this.

Hi,

to fix this problem, try the below steps.
1. as the computer is booting press and hold your "F8 Key" which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" as shown below. Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key. one you reach the dektop..run a system restore if this as started happening recently. you can run system restore which will bring the computer back to an earlier time lets say few days back with the help of selecting the date in the calender in the system restore tool.
To go into system restore tool click on start select accessories and the system tools and then system restore.
Select restore my computer to an earlier time and click the date in the calender box once highlighted hit next and wait till the process completes once completed it will restart the system automatically and will give you a message your computer was restored successfully in case it says not restored then you can select another Bold date i mean a previous date to retry again.

2. boot to safe mode and folow the below steps:
Edit the registry: Start then Run and type "regedit"
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Session Manager \ Memory *Management and double click the DisablePagingExecutive value and enter value 1.
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Session Manager\ Memory Management, double click on the Largesystemcache value and enter 1 as value to increase the size of the hard disk cache

please let me know if this helps. else we need to repair the os and will let u know the steps if this does not work.

Help am getting blue screen on my laptop...not loading xp

First of all if u r getting the blue screen what is the stop code and what is the error, is it saying physical dump of memory,or it says like stop code; 0x000000ed or something like that,in these case if it is just physical dump of memory and the main thing is from how long r u getting the blue screen, and did u install any new software or hardware, and what u can do is disconnect the ac adaptor and take out the battery from the computer and then press and hold down the power button without the ac adaptor and the battery for one minute and then turn on the computer and still if u get it then reseat the memory of the computer and then reseat the hard drive of the computer and still if u getting it then u need to repair the operating system with the help of the windows operating system disk and if u r ready to lose the data from the computer then u can reinstall the operating system and after reinstalling the os also if u get a blue screen then definitely u need to replace the hard drive of the computer.and if u don’t want to loose ur data u can repair the os with the help of windows os disk.,try it out it will definitely help u out…thanks

HP 510 notebook will not start up

I seems your internal RAM might be damaged. If you bought it new an dit is still under warranty, go back to your vendor and have it repaired. If out of warranty, you can try to purchase new RAM module and replace it (or have it done).
