Uninstall the drivers...reboot.. after unplugging computer.REDOWNLOAD NEW DRIVERS FROM LOGITECH..DO NOT PLUG CAMERA IN UNTIL TOLD TO DO SO OR IT WILL NOT WORK.REBOOT CAM IS NOW WORKING.RICHARDM69
