Question about GPX ML848B Digital Media Player
I went to the GPX website and emailed them my problem(prodinfo@GPX.com) They will have to send you a form to fill out and return with the player. If you have any questions just ask them. I found them to have very good customer service and I got my replacement a week after I sent it. I did send it with delivery confirmation(my total shipping was only 6.45) -just to be safe. Also save all your communication with them. Things can go wrong. Especially this time of year.
Remember-if it is still under warranty they will need a copy of the receipt. Mine wasn't-but $35 was worth the replacement.
