If either a paper jam or blocked carriage error message appears on the control panel display, there might be some packing material inside the HP allin- one. Lift open the print-carriage access door. The orange shipping lock might still be in place on the left side of the HP all-in-one. Pull out the orange shipping lock and throw it away
first open the door and ckeck out any optical in carrage moving area are not shigted if the carrage movoing area are free then ckeck in service station it is working properly or not if it is working properly then ckeck the endcoder strip and if it is also ok then reinstalled the mecanism your problem will be solved
Make sure you can move the print cartridge holder freely and that it isn't being blocked by anything inside the printer, also check if the cleaning station is in the right position, maybe it is locking the cartridges.
