Hi, thanks for the info, but not clever enough to understand the way it works, i did manage to find a local specialist, who we paid to correct the problem, I obviously didnt show him any info that you had sent, apparently we weren't the only people to have had this problem.

your not supposed to open it as its a dat file, all you have to do is drag and drop it into the Ncard, thats all there is to it, any other questions or help you need, email me

eso es que no tienes el archivo xmeno.dat, lo se porque eso mismo me pasa a mi y no lo encuentro paradescargarmelo.

a few folders and games could be virus infected, you will need to format the card, if you have problems getting hold of moonshi, xmenu etc you can email me and i will send them straight to you, im away this weekend so if you email before i can sort it if not you would hear from me on monday

my fire card did the same to me, you have loaded a virus infected game on your card, you cant get it fixed, ive tried everythin so i called the call centre and they basically said its screwed, sorry im afraid you will have to get a new one or if possible a replacement

I did have Error: Data is not align 16k! when i start up my ds.
What I did was..

All the files you need are at www.neoflash.com.
Your need (MK5) v1.45 which is in the download section.

Some of the nds roms do needed unraring before putting on memory card. They should be in .nds format etc.

The files you need are...

DSYSTEM (Entire Folder And Contents
MK5_2Mbit_test_v5.nds
MK5_PassMe.nds
xmenu.dat

When you have these files THEN you can format by...

Please insert both cards in to the DS and power up, tap the screen to continue as you would for any normal game.

You will then come to the menu "USB Mode" and "Menu Mode"
Instead of selecting one please press and hold the "select button" on the DS then tap "start"

Select "Quick Format"
Once complete restart the DS, you will have to tap the screen as above and this time select" USB MODE"

By formatting the menu file will have been deleted from internal Memory and will need replacing with the files. downloaded from neoflash.com
