Question about Dell Inspiron 6000 Notebook
We don't no alot about computers. But when we turn on the computer windows keep shutting it down. Some times we can go on for awhile then the message comes on saying windows shut down your computer. Can you please help us?
For the issue of BSOD of Unmountable Boot volume, the only solution so far is to reinstall the system. If you are unaware of how to do it, it would be easier to contact Dell technical support and allow them to guide you thru it. (if your warranty is active, it's free)
