Press the phone's menu key, located between the two soft keys on the top of its keypad.
Scroll to "Settings" and press the center key to select it.
Scroll to "Ring Styles," press the center key, scroll to the specific ring profile that you are using and press the center key to select it.
Scroll to "Key Volume," select it by pressing the center button, turn the volume all the way down and press the center button to lock your changes.
Press the soft key labeled "Exit" to exit the menu system.
Repeat this process for every ring profile in which you want the keypad not to make sound when you use it.
As per my understanding you have set your ring style profile to loud and highest volume 7 but still ur phone phone rings on silent when someone calls..
Please change the Profile setting once again as mentioned below:
How to change call alerts and styles?
1.From the general menu, select "Settings" > "Ring Styles" >
"Style Detail" 2.If you select one of the styles, ie. "Loud" you can then highlight by
scrolling down on the wheel & select "loud detail" & press on the
"change" button (top right corner key). 3.Here you will be prompted to change any feature available to the
"loud" style: volume, ringtone, alerts, voice mail, text messaging
sounds, reminders beeps etc etc. All you need to do is to select the
feature you need to change with the directional wheel and press the
"change" button for each.

the problem has a solution. There are two way to deactivate the silent mode on the phone:
Through the Menu, or Through short cut.
Go to through the menu, click on the menu button, you will see the settings of the phone. Click the setting button and scroll to the second option on the menu which is ring styles, click to open option one which is the style.
When you click the style option, you will see all the style options available in there. Then you can now select the one you want.
If you want to go through the short cut option, just hold down the harsh button ( # ) it will automatically deactivate the silent option.
1st make sure that your phone speaker is not malfunction, to do this just play any ring tone from your phone to check whether there is a sound come out from the phone speaker. If there is no problem to hear sound from phone then have to check the phone setting, to do this just PRESS and HOLD the button #, a shortcut to toggle between RING mode and VIBRATE mode. Or goto Setting>Audio>Style Detail, and change the alert type such as sound or music. Make sure u are not in the Silent style mode.
volume may be turned off or down or it is set on silent. go to settings, go to ring styles, select style and edit/add. scroll down to the ringer of choice and hit select. hopefully that will work. also try the volume on the side of phone. by pressing top left button, you can change ring styles that way.also controls volume.
Sounds to me like you have a stuck key somewhere on your phone. Was it dropped? Or maybe you hit it too hard. Look closely at the buttons on the side of the screen . you know, the ones that normally change your volume when it's open. One of those is malfunctioning in the down or closed position.
