I cannot read my email on hotmail

You probably need to empty your Java cache. Close your web browser (all open windows), then open your Control Panel (from the Start menu) and double click on the Java icon. Under the Java settings, you'll see a heading for temporary files, and a button to delete temporary files. Click this button -- it may take a minute or two to delete them all.

Once the temporary files have been deleted, close the Java applet and reopen your web browser. You should now be able to click on your Hotmail emails and see them. If they still don't work, restart the computer and try it again.

Hi im not computer literate...so i dont understand my promblem ..i already have java for my pogo games i have tested it like it instructed and also pop ups and all seems to be ok but it still wont connect...

For a few recent years, Java was considered risky for exploit malware, so many browsers disable Java even if it is installed on your computer.

The newest releases of Java are generally recognized as safe... but you have to enable them in your browser:

The link shared in this message takes to you a page at java.com that explains how to enable Java in your browser.

Video wont play in firefox - gives message: Hello, either you have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player. I have downloaded new java, and flash...

Have you downloaded the newest version of Firefox, came out a week or so ago. It asked me to download a new version of java which I did.
Also you might have set the default player to explorer.
Computers, in my opinion, are the biggest time savers and also the biggest time wasters ever invented by man.

Club pogo closes when i try and play

Hello,

It sounds like a internet browser problem almost sounds like a java problem,

Go to java.com and click the blue Free Java Download button. This will allow you to update your java clients (pogo users Java)

Also go to www.flash.com and update your flash, if you see a movie play when you go to flash.com you do not need to update. If you don't click, install

If the above does not work , try downloading an updated web browser either IE, Firefox or Chrome - all the links are provided below. Once you update your browser try again.

You can also Download IE 8 from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/Internet-explorer/worldwide-sites.aspx

Or Firefox web browser from mozilla.org

Chrome; http://www.google.com/chrome

Thank You
