Question about Lexmark X6150 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I am receiving a cartridge error 50C and my user guide is not immediately handy. What must I do to fix this?
I had the same problem and used Solution #3 (above) from a "Guest". Since I was only immediately concerned with printing in black, I took out the color cartridge and the printer is now working fine!

Remove the colour cartridge if you want to print only black

All youll need to do is when you insert your new or used cartridges
youll need to go through a *auto alignment* this is what i did....
i turned off the printer
opened up the printer
turned i back on
took out both cartridged
cleaned them off and the inside of the printer as well
closed printer then looked at the prompt on the top of the printer
said to hit select
printed out a auto align page then everything worked.....
hope this helps guys
worked for me

C50 is cartridge error. But it can also be the cartridge cradle (holder) electronics. Try new cartridges first.
