Format the C Drive using Windows CD & Set the Admin Password..................and then u Reinstall the All applications
Follow steps : START / RUN then type cmd. When command prompt up type 'net user' (no quotes) then press enter. Admin user name appears. next type 'net user adminname *' (putting in name as it appears and not using quotes). You will then be asked to enter a password and confirm it. Then you will be told it has now changed. Restart you computer and use your new admin password.

Try to boot into safe mode(by pressing F8 while booting)...there try to enter adminisrator account

There are some password removeal cds for vista, but there is also a online service that says it will give you the password for free in a day or two.
you need to burn the cd or diskette and insert it in the drive, start up from it and send the details to login recovery .com you will get the password.

You need to prepare:
1:A blank CD/DVD or USB flash drive
2.A computer which can link to internet
3.A program called Windows Password Recovery 6.0
Get started with this 3 simple steps:
Step 1 - Download windows password recovery utility and install it.
Step 2 -Burn your Windows Password Reset CD:
To burn your CD, you'll need a blank CD-R and the .ISO file of Windows Password Reset.
Step 3 - Put in your newly created CD and remove your Windows password.
