Question about ASUS P5BVMSE Motherboards
On an Asus motherboard I am considering, there is a 10 pin connector to which you can attach a 9 pin RS-232 port that sits in one of the slots on the back of the chassis. The so called COM module is 'purchased separately to quote the manual. Anyone know where I can actually get one from? I have done a bit of googling but so far without success -- Michael Chare Does anyone know why Windows XP doesn't seem to see the serial port bracket I finally found and installed on my Asus p5b motherboard? I only need the thing for 5 minutes to download all the addresses, etc from my old palm pilot.
