When the freezer is plugged in do you hear the motor running? if so the cooling unit might have run out of free-on. if you don't here the motor then check for fuses around the motor and power supply. make sure that your outlet is working properly.

Ok since your freezer is worling this means that you have a circulation problem! The fan in the unit either froze up or the fan motor needs replaced!
)you must check fan to make sure it is working! Thaw with blow dryer if nessary!

First try defrosting the fridge overnight, I know iit is a problem with the food but must be done, check also the thermostat settings.

Check the the thermostat knob, verify that is turned to the proper setting.

If the fridge is not cooling at all it is probably a faulty thermostat.

If fridge instead has poor cooling and does not reach temperatures low enough, that is frequently because of a problem with the evaporator system. Check if there is ice inside the fridge, and on the coils at the back of the fridge. If you find ice the problem wiswith evaporator system, or the condenser.

In this case try doing a complete defrost, and clean the dust from the condenser (unplug power first) using a hoover. The condenser unit is located at the back of the freezer on the lower side, remove dust in there and let the fridge do defrost.

If this does not work call a technician.

The thermostat assembly is controlled the temperature knob inside the fridge.

See that temperature settings are OK, if not do defrost and call technician if this does not fix the problem, as you have faulty evap. system, faulty thermostat, or condenser/compressor problems.
This is a more or less a resume of the siituation.

The Sub Zero bottom dram freezer has stopped working

HI,
What does you freezer do? Does the lights work and fan work? The fan works with the cold control, if the light switch fails the unit will defrost in about 3 - 4 hours, will remain cold though, just not frozen. I need more information to direct you correctly.

Sub-zero 511 Refrigerator again!

The problem could be one of many. Make sure the condencer is clean and that the condencer fan is working. Make sure the light is going off when the door is closed by pushting the door light switch in. Next the compressor would need checking and then the most likely is that your low on freon which most likely means a new refrig evaporater .

First do the simple things like cleaning the condensor coils and turning the defrost timer a few times, also check the evaporator motor or just listen to the fan by opening the freezer door. Also check the light switch, make sure it turns the light off every time you close the door.

Sub zero freezer too warm

I believe the freezer has to get down to 7 degrees or lower for icemaker to harvest. Clean your condenser and blow it out. If that doe not fix it you will need service for sealed system
