Depends on the region the phone was intended for use in. However, most software builds do include English! Backup your data, download SE Update Service from Sony Ericsson and reload the operating system. On first boot you will be prompted for the language you wish to use.

First, click either "menu" or "carte"
Next, go to "parameters". This is the settings menu.
Now click on "langue" or "langage". This will be the menu for the language.
Click on Anglais. Now you should be back in English!
speaks french? your unit is speaking to you? im confused. anyway if this helps. this is what your gonna try to do. go to settings "param?tres" and go to language wich will be "la langue" and click on english hahahaha if this dosent work let me know. glad i could help :)
Hi ! 1. go to "menu" (in English :main menu.) 2. go to "paramétres" (Settings) 3. go to "Téléphone" (Phone) 4. got "Param. de langue" (Language settings) 5. go to "Langue du téléphone " (Phone language.)
Then here you can choose the first language in the list : English.
reset your gadget, go to settings -> system -> and press the icon appearing as red exclamatory mark and code is 1234 and while installing the drivers say no to Arabic language support
