Compaq Presario CQ50-106CA Fan Vibrating when laptop is tilted

So far i love my Compaq Presario CQ50-106CA. Its all around powerful at its level.

It's 3 months old and unfortunately laptop Fan vibrates (like a dvd spinning in a drive) when i lift it at an angle, and i have to ship it out to HP/Compaq for hardware repair.

Kind of unusual really, because if i leave the laptop flat and untouched it is fine. Once i lift it, or carry it, vibration starts.

has anyone have any other problems with This compaq? or general HP laptops?
