Hello jack! okay heres you would clean up the mess. 1. go to your control panel which is you gonna see it at the start button 2. select the printer 3. right click your printer model 4. select properties 5. select maintenance menu 6. just follow the instructions of your choice, ( I suggest select deep cleaning, do it several times until you've seen the right print out) Hope I'd help you!
