The small signal board is the most likliest cause of that issue which is a very famous symptom for the ITC222 and ITC222A chassis RCA models. You can usually get the small signal board from www.tvrepairworld.com several versions were used so they can assist with identifying which version ssb your model requires.
RCA is notorious for jacks going out.....check connections, unplug, plug back in, turn them, try diff, jacks....look in menu sound settings see if you turnd off tv spkrs or something along these lines
Ur DM power board have burn capacitors, check for puff up capacitors, and replace it.Tries these websites.Tv Repair World.com Shopjimmy.com Ebay.com or Partstore.com.
this is caused by some kind of electrical interference. this can be caused by cd players, speakers, etc being too close to the tube. after you find the culprit and remove or move, unplug tv for about 10 mins, then plug back in
This is a shutdown circuit problem, I would suggest that you send it to atv shop, or find a shop on FixYa.com to look at this for you. I have fixed problems like this in my shop, but I always require the customer for pay a schematic and a exploratory fee prior to me starting the job, other shops may or may not do this, so shop around first.
