The tv have a problems known as a convergence problems,it is dead.Tv have any colors lines R,G,B mis alignments,have any colors shadows pictures or 3D pictures look alike?Yes,than the tv convergence board it is dead,convergence board must require changes 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all of it resistors too.To fixed the tv convergence board to fixed the tv convergence picture problems.The tvs shops will cost u like $300-350 for parts and labors.
your deflection board needs replacement. You need the ITC222A deflection board. You can get one from www.tvrepairworld.com which comes with the CD with instructions.
sounds like you have a convergence problem my friend, if you are handy you can Google a kit with all the parts for your set and save hundreds of bucks!!!! Larry Dillon

you need to replace 3 items FL231, DL231, CL230 then resolder the vertical IC and flyback conections. You can get the three components under the RCA parts category at this link. http://servicemanuals.vstore.ca/
You could get into service mode and set the convergence. The only problem is....RCA decided to remove it from the menu for the R52WH74. It only runs 1 time during the first setup, according to RCA Customer Service. This is the 2nd one I've bougt in 6 years. Enough RCA Garbage!
