There will be "headers" on the motherboard for some case fans. Look for 2/3 pin connections on the board marked "sysfn" or something similar. Any other fans you will have to fit to a spare Molex power connector from the power supply ... you can buy 2 or 3 way "splitter" cables to give you more power connections from one Molex for this purpose. BTW make sure you connect the cpu fan to the "cpu fn" header !!!!! That one is rather important :-P

Power supply compitable for cac-to5-uw?

ATX is a standard.
Any case described as ATX should accept any ATX powers supply.

The only thing you need to decide is how many watts the power supply needs to provide.
To find this out, put "Computer power supply calculator" into Google.
Pick one, or several, and enter the details of what you are going to put in the case.
Enter what you would like to put in the case finally, not just the bits you have to start with.
Like that second internal hard drive, and double the memory, Two DVD drives.
Extra cooling fans?
Then pick a pick a power supply that provides more than that.
No-one has ever run into problems with a power supply running too cool.

My five fans stopped working

As long as the CPU fan is operational your OK - the land in the power supply for the 12VDC fan voltage probably got hot and has an intermittent connection. You could try to connect the fans to another power supply connector - but as far as the computer itself you should be OK
