Question about Whirlpool LGR7646E Dryer
My dryer stopped heating but will still run. It's an old dryer whirlpool model LFE 5701.I flipped the breaker. removed the back cleaned out all lint- not any more lint then you would expect.I noticed the heating element, so with back off i reconnected the power and checked for a glow since I do not have a ohm meter. There was no glow so I assume it is the element itself? Is there anything else that can cause the element not to glow that I need to check for?
