Heater and a/c unit
Check capacitor if its good then Ohm the wires to motor if common to start winding or common to run winding is open then motor is out on internal overload ( overheated) cool with water until windings are closed check voltage to motor. If capacitor good windings closed and correct voltage to motor then motor is bad. Also if windind from start to run is open motor is bad. But be sure wires going to motor havent been damaged or cut into. Also if there is any circuit board with fan relay be sure relay is closed and voltage going in and back out to motor.

Hello, try to use a thin object to spin the fan blade, if it starts up with help pushing it the capacitor is bad and must be replaced. If the fan does not start up by pushimg it then the motor must be replaced.
