Question about Televison & Video
Thanks for your insight. Finally, someone that knows what they are doing! Mitsubishi sucks!!!!
Now that you helped me find the problem, what is the solution. Do I have to replace the entire board? How much do you think it will cost?

Hey Jerry. Remove the board, get a solder vacuum so you can remove the original solder when you use the soldering iron.. do not leave the excess.. once you have removed the old capacitors, you can solder the new ones in... IF you cannot do this, there should be a TV repair shop in the area that will do it for you... let them remove and replace the capacitors...
-- Take a picture of the board before you remove it so you will know where everything plugs back.. Good luck!!

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

There are several Parts Houses that carry this part. The one I think that is the easiest to deal with is Andrews.

If the power/timer led is the one blinking constantly
the most likely problem is two 3300 mfd caps and 1 to 8 1000mfd caps on the power board.
could be the DM board or caps on it as well.
