New egg .com or two good places. All you need to know is what type of power supply you have. Most are of  ATX type. You can read about the differences on thir web site. You must replace you power supply with one with as much wattage or higher.

There are two numbers on my PowerMust Office 650. which is the serial number I need for software installation thanks for helping me

Well, with only 2 of them, i would try using first the first one, and, if it is the wrong one, then another one. I guess the installation program will inform you in case of invalid serial number and won't exterminate you and your pets, so it is worth trying :)

Where can i buy a psu..(fsp250-60hen) for my packard bell desk top

Take your current power-supply to any computer-store, so that they can match its size, and its connectors (both the number of connectors and the shape of the connectors), with a replacement power-supply unit.

IBM's power supply Serial number?

I don't know about a command but there is software out there for finding serial numbers or you could do it the old fashion way (if you feel comfortable doing it) and open up the computer and look at the sticker on the power supply. (unless it has worn away or been removed)

Power Suply Replacement

Any good computer supply company should handle power supplies. The important thing is to get one rated for the same power. (300W, 350W, 400W, etc.) You can always go higher, but not lower.

Power supply does not fit!

OK most PSU's are the same.. by that I mean as long as the output & connections match, then the size & shape don't really matter. On the PSU somewhere will be a "Wattage" rating say 250Watt... whatever.. simply obtain a standard (Usually 350Watt) PC Power Supply Unit (PSU)of the SAME or HIGHER Wattage rating & also ensuring the Mating Connector onto the MotherBoard is the same... ya be all good..
