Question about Panasonic CQ-VX100U Car DVD Player
Hey bro, i have a panasonic CQVX100U in dash dvd, was wondering if all i have to do to make it play while driving is hook up the green to a constant ground? It seems to be working that way but I don't want to mess something up. is there a way to go into the bios or programming to change it there?

For the manual.
An authorized dealer is required by service agreement to install this wire to the parking brake which creates a ground when applied. The shadetree installer, however can hook to ground anywhere on the vehicle. I would recommend to put it on a hidden switch,as it is illegal to have a video in view of the driver.... and you can turn it off quickly if/when pulled over!
