Question about IBM ThinkPad R31 2656 Notebook
Laptop started to switch off dead if moved. If you remove ac adaptor supply and battery, then reconnect it would recover. Tapping laptop base causes charge light to show. Fault is now so bad the laptop is now dead. Removed cover from motherboard and supply is ok from addaptor and battery is charging, but no switch-on or boot from cold. Keyboard led light is pemanantly lit after switch-on or connection of dc input mains adaptor. Help please ......... Regards Gary
