i need to know what is the problem, i,m trying to copy video to my emty cd with Nero software, but it couldn,t burn. pls assist me.

your cd drive lens may not working and your lens preset should be not currect position.if you want to solve problem then you have to turn your preset to currect positon.i can not explain hear how to open your cd drive cover.
