If you put the bobbin in the case with the thread coming off in a clockwise direction, the thread should just fall into a slot and gently tug on the thread and it will slide through the tensions. Lay it across the bobbin case and then pick up the thread with the needle.

I have a singer CG 590C. It didn't come with manual. I'm just learning to sew. My bobbin was hung up with thread when I pulled on it I pull the whole bobbin casing out. How do I get it back in? Help

First thing, you should probably get a manual for your machine.
Singer CG 590 Commercial Grade Manual

How to thread Singer CG 590

This machine is listed as a commercial grade professional sewing machine, so you are going to have some additional learning curve if you are just beginning to sew.

I just received a new Singer CG-590. Have threaded the machine and bobbin. Each time I try to pick up the bobbin thread, the top thread wraps around the bobbin case. It will not pick up the bobbin...

try turning the bobbin the opposite way, and if that doesn't help then take the machine back and get another one, maybe even a different model

I just purchased a singer cg-550/500 and after threading the machine and inserting the filled bobbin, I was unable to bring up the bobbin thread with the needle. I followed the instructions carefully but...

if im not mistaken, the bobbin when you place it in the bottom, you have to thread it is as well to the part where the needle comes down and collects and goes back up. please re-look at instructions for placement of bobbin

Model CG-550. Needle hits a bottom plate. All thread and bobbin removed. Took the feed cover off. Do not see the problem.

Possible bent or wrong needle. If ok, check the zig-zag mechanism to see if it has come uncoupled from the needle mechanism. Good luck!

Excess bobbin thread under the fabric

I know you hate to hear this but you are probably threading it incorrectly. Make sure that the presser foot is in the up position when you thread the machine. This ensures that the tension discs are open and the thread makes it in between the disc.

Singer CG-590

You can find a Users Manual plus a workbook that you can get in PDF and print. Users Manual is 44 pages and workbook is 58 pages. Go to www.mannualowl.com and search for Singer CG 590n manual. It's all free.

Lost maual on singer cg-550 c need the stitching sequinces or suggestions on why my bobbin side thread is largely looping. I have checked my threadng.

Have a look at this website.
If they do not have the manual you want email them and they will help.
The looping problem is the bottom tension is to slack, on the same website look at the repair section and it explains how to adjust the bobbin tension.
