Question about Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console
This is the first time that this has happened. I've had my PS3 for over 2 years now and it has always worked fine. But for some reason, I turned on my PS3 normally, with all the correct plugs in, but it has a connection problem through the cable, so it doesn't show up. My TV is a HD one and I have used the HD cable before and it worked.
I also tried using the old cable to see the screen, but it doesn't work either.
You can try resetting the video. I had one that went out on me like that, and Sony told me to hold down the power button till you hear 2 beeps this will reset the video settings.
I never did get the playstation3 fixed so I tore it apart and learned what makes it tick. Very interesting.
