Try going to that link. It will direct you to your model's driver page. Scroll to the bottom where you will see the video drivers. I would try the first video driver to see if that works as it is the most common video driver for that model.

Go to Click on the support for my system link. All software/drivers/updates that were originally preinstalled on your system can be downloaded free of charge from here. Download & install what you need and you should be all set. Hope this helps.

Dell latitude d600-vga

The flickering may not be caused by a corrupt driver, it could be the impending failure of the fluorescent back light of the display or its high voltage supply.

Trying driver replacement though is the first thing to try.
If the original driver is corrupt, you can try the following;

- Right-click on My Computer
- Left-click on Properties
- Click on Hardware tab
- Click on Device Manager
- Locate and open Display Adaptors
- Locate the video listing for your
- Highlight and delete this
- Reboot the computer

If Windows does what it should (no guarantee on this!), it will 'find' a 'new device' and install the driver for it.
