Due to the sparsity of your question, it is hard to know where to start. Has the system been installed per the manual? Have you read the manual to learn how to connect the system to the Internet? Have you installed the software or applications to access your system?
If you can provide additional information about your problem, to include system model numbers and configuration, it will be easier to assist you.
Contact Swann, they have a very helpful support team.
They have software that makes remote viewing so easy.
Have your serial number for your DVR available, provide it to them and they will walk you through downloading the software and assisting you with the set up. It doesn't matter when you purchased it, they are very helpful.
And if you would like, with your permission, they will take control of your computer and do it for you!
