Brand new. Pulse feature stuck ON. Tried OFF. Tried unplugging. Still only pulses, no blending. Tried a dozen times.


So when plugged in it always just runs on the pulse? I would assume that this is an issue with the control board inside. If this is brand new return it to the store and exchange for a different blender.
You could also contact Krups to see how they work their warranties but you most likely need the control board replaced and that is something a service center would have to do for you.

My Electrolux front load washer does not fill with water in the rise cycle and beeps and displays "draining, no water"


If this is a brand new product, I suggest that you MUST call for warranty assistance from their depot.
This can be related to failure or error of the controller, fault in the inlet or water level sensor which must be done free of cost.

We have had two brand new machines. First one worked for 4 weekends and quit. Second brand new one just delivered does not work at all. Solution: I will never buy whirlpool again!!!!!

seems like some software problem. call your authorised service agent. since it is brand new, it must be under warranty.

Brand new GE Profile leaves clothes soaking wet


It is under warrenty call the store where you bought it and have them look at it. If you mess with it it will void your warrenty, belt may not be working or transmisson may not be shifting. The house call will be at no charge.
