Question about Brother MFC 240C All-In-One InkJet Printer
I was printing an order confirmation from my email when the paper suddently got sucked back into my Brother 240C All-In-One. A paper jam notice came up. I removed the back cover and removed as much paper as possible. Next I lifted the top and removed the rest. Since that time, I'm unable to make a clear copy of anything. It comes out "shadowed," like two lines of print are on the same line. I've only used this all-in-one a few times. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Try uninstalling your printer and then reinstall this also clean this might help also fan your paper before putting into machine. Hope this helps

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
