Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Tip

How to keep a check on Email Spam?

Step 1: Set up "filters" in your Gmail account to automatically delete junk mail from specific senders. While spammers tend to change their email addresses frequently, you will sometimes get repeated spam messages from the same sender. Go into your "Settings," click "Filters," and set up a filter that automatically deletes all incoming emails from the sender.

Step 2: If you are getting junk mail from the same company, but the return address keeps changing, create a filter to delete the emails by detecting certain words. For example, maybe the company is called Global Moneymaking Enterprises. Create a filter that catches all emails that contain those three words and set it to delete them automatically.

Step 3: Rather than deleting junk emails that make it into your Gmail inbox, select them and click the "Report Spam" button. This will move the message into your spam folder, but it will also give Google information to help it improve its spam filter.

Step 4: Set up a special Gmail address that you use for making purchases, signing up for newsletters, and doing other activities that require you to give out your email address. Sometimes companies will opt you into promotional offers or sell your email address to spammers. Block this mail from coming to your main Gmail account by protecting that address and only giving out your special account address.

Step 5: If you notice a lot of junk emails in your spam folder that contain certain words, set up a filter to screen out emails with those words. Terms such as Viagra are common, but spammers often change them around to defeat spam filters, However, many of these changes are used frequently. For example, many spammers use the same Vi@gara misspelling. When you notice this, block those terms and you won't even get their messages in your Gmail spam folder.

How do I delete old email address with Verizon. All my emails keep going to old account

Hi,

This won;t stop them going to the old account, they will just be returned. If this is what you want, then http://forums.verizon.com/t5/Verizon-net-Email/deleting-old-verizon-yahoo-email-account/td-p/492499

Otherwise, perhaps if you were to set up forwarding: http://www.verizon.com/support/residential/internet/highspeed/email/email+tools/questionsone/85734.htm this might help so that you can read the emails which are wrongly addressed.

Yahoo mail keeps sending back emails that were deleted over and over

Did you do what they said and remove the external mail accounts? If you did and still have the problem tell them. If you are upset that the FREE service you get has some trouble, try another service. I have been using rock.com and mail.com email services for about 10 years and have never had this type of problem. They are both free as well.

Are you there reginald?

If your request to reset is returning that they can not find your emails as registered accounts then those email accounts are not the correct ones tied to your account. Deleting your history does not delete the account from the Facebook servers so the best you can do is continue trying to figure out what email you registered to Facebook with. If the email you used is no longer active you will be unable to reset the account and it may be lost to you.
If you figure out the correct email and can not reset the password due to the email being inactive then you may have to create an account with a new working email. If you have to do this you may then contact Facebook support and attempt to explain the circumstances and see if they can change your original account to be your working email and a reset password.
Best of luck.

After deleting emails and trash is emptied, why do I keep seeing the deleted emails pop up momentarily when I either reboot , and then they go away again. I would think that one the item is deleted it...

You have to clear your browser cache. In IE this means you delete temporary internet files. That should remove all the data you've previous stored.

Clear your browser cache and cookies. If you are using FIrefox, just click Tools and Clear Private data. If you are using IE, click Tools, Internet Options. From the Browsing History area, click Delete and Delete All.
