Question about Sanyo VWM-900 VHS VCR
The minute the power button on my player/recorder is turned on to record or play, moving lines appear across the picture. this happens with new dvds/tapes or while recording/replaying a program. it happens on both, the vhs as well as dvd player part. Can anybody help? Thank you.
Hi It sounds like possibly there is stray RF getting into your video signal from your DVD/VCR combo to your tv. Check that your cables are ok, but also, if you can, try moving the unit in relation to the tv, if it is underneath, try putting it on top or beside the tv, I've seen the effect you describe be cause by lack of sheilding in both the tv and DVD/VCR, and moving the unit could cure it. Good Luck!
