Cash register will not open, it shows e-94 on the display. We have a PCR 260 B when I insert th key and turn the register on e-94 shows on the display.

This shows a paper jam OR printer problem.
-Remove jammed paper.
-Turn Mode switch to OFF then turn to ON, or Turn power OFF then turn power on.
This could also be caused by wear or a broken or cracked gear inside the printer.
Unfortunately this model does not allow you to disable the printer and run solely from the register.
Regards..

On the screen there is a E94 error messagage on the Casio P260 cash register . How can I correct this error and reopen the cash register.

E94 is a printer error. Open the printer and make sure nothing is jammed in it.Remove the paper roll. Look for old pieces of paper stuck in the gears etc. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi - I had gotten an E94 message on my PCR-260B cash register - no paper jams as I changed the register tape and cleared away any debris. I also replaced the 3 batteries below the register tape - E94...

The printer has a fault. It is common in the little cheap machines as this printer is prone to failure within a few years. Take it to a Casio dealer to have the printer serviced.

Hi.
I don't have information on this model, but it sounds like it is one of the very low end registers. These machines can not have the printing turned off. They were designed to be journal printers or continuous receipt printers. You need to buy a machine with receipt memory to get this function. (PCR-T series and above)

I tried to connect a printer to my casio register TK 3200 and doesnt work and the cash register turn off and does not want to turn on again. It is dead.

Wow! Was this the printer inside the machine or a remote printer. Seldom will a remote printer blow up a machine. You can try to do a flag clear by turning the machine off. hold down the receipt feed button and turn the key to program. wait for 10 seconds or so. if the display comes back with all F's then press subtotal. If that doesn't go then do a MAC if that does not work then most likely a fuse or a component is blown.

Cash register will not accept new role of paper, when trying to fix it I must of hit something now the roller won't spin and 'error 94' pops up.

For Casio 110/120/130CR E94 = Printer Problem
Normally there are something "stuck" inside the printer or paper feed assy spoilt.

Code ep94 on casio pcr-265p register

Hi.
Common problem with this type of printer. The rotary switch on the side of the printer is getting dirty. If you spray an electrical lube spray (WD40 works fine) into the right side of the printer where the little bars go through the printer housing, then it will often come right. You might need to do it a few times. Try to get the spray to go through the bearing where the spring sits on the shaft. Don't worry if you get the spray where it shouldn't go. the printer can handle it. Just remove the ink roller before you start so it doesn't soak the spray up.

Cash register casio printer

Hi. I have never heard of this model. Who is the manufacturer? Why do you need a printer for it? They are usually very expensive to replace. It is better to fix the printer you have. Can you see any numbers on the printer itself? Otherwise, you could take a photo of the printer, as it may be the same as one that I have worked on.
