Water Temperature Sensor Error
If during the water heating step in wash cycle, the water temperature sensor (NTC) value is out of range, or the heating element circuit has failed, the "F/05" error code will be displayed.
Check the Water Temperature Sensor, Heating Element and Element Relay
Check connections to the Sensor, Heating Element and Relay
Could be the heating eliment..
A way to check it ---
remove the exaust hose..
Put a mirror to the exaust hole trying to see inside to the eliment(s)..
When running - the eliment should glow hot..
If its not - it migt need to be replaced..
hey mark we got this one done.if your ignitor is glowing and its not firing over 2 things flame sensor,but rarley.99 out of 100 will be the valve coils 2 black guys on top of the gas valve with wires going to them.you could use the cheapest brand you can find[ie..frigadire,ge,kenmore,amana.there all the same .on my truck i stocked frigadire because it was cheaper for me and then would make more profit yet charging same price as there brand,you can do it .God bless,tom
