Question about KitchenAid Warming Drawer - 27" - Biscuit Oven
We left the warming draw on overnight by mistake. When we woke up it was off. The circuit is working and I checked the timer over ride (both troubleing shooting steps in the manual). Before I take it apart any suggestions?
Tips for a great answer:
Hi waynepaige - Try resetting the unit by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker. Wait approximately ten minutes and turn on the oven. Is the warming light still on? An experienced service technician may need to further evaluate this issue if it was not resolved with the power reset. In this case, your unit may possibly be experiencing a communication problem with the EOC (Electronic Oven Control), faulty light switch, or a potential wiring failure.
