this box updates automatically. virgin have found a way to cut the signal off. you can press menu then numbers 1570 and go onto nagravision menu and it will tell you how to enter the code. if you can't get this menu then you havent got the right firmware in the box. hope this helps.
Hi, Press menu..then type in 1570..this will open another menu..go to default and press the default key..then press back..and go into nagravision you should be able now to find your provider..select that and enter your 00 code and store then change to 01 and enter that code..store and exit..make sure your emu key is on it's below the default key..then exit and all should work.
GO TO MAIN MENU ARROW DOWN TO SYSTEM INFORMATION AND PRESS OK.
ON YOUR REMOTE ENTER 1004 (YOU WONT SEE ANYTHING)
YOU SHOULD GET A MENU WITH 3 HEADLINES
NAGRAVISION OK ON THIS LINE AND YOU WILL SEE ALL THE CODES.
THE CODES YOU NEED ARE

TO ENTER THE LEETERS YOU NEED TO PRESS THE COLOURS ON THE REMOTE.ITS EXPLAINED ON THE SCREEN.
REMEMBER TO STORE THE NEW CODES AND THEN EXIT ALL THE WAY OUT AND YOU SHOULD BE OK.
IF YOU ARE ONLY GETTING A FEW CHANELS DO THE SAME ENTRIES AGAIN UNTIL YOU GET THE 3 HEADLINES 1ST NAGRAVISION
ARROW DOWN TO KEY EMU AND THIS SHOULD SAY ON AT THE LEFT HAND SIDE.IF NOT ARROW ACROSS AND CHANGE THIS AND EXIT AND YOU SHOULD HAVE EVERYTHING.
nagravision screen look down to make sure EMU is set to on. press ok .
code screen in the tab 00 go down to the code tab and set new codes storing each code entered.
go back to the 00 tab press right 01 go back to the code tab and store each new code , exit out .

You need to Enable the Emulator as this is what clears scrambled channels. Main Menu -Factory Settings enter code 1570 which should give you a new CAS menu. Go down to EMU and switch it on with >vol key. Go up to Negravision and select your area providerer and press OK. Exit and scroll down to Default and hit OK. Will flash "Saving". Exit all the way out.
With certain channels when you first switch to them they may take a minute to upload data automatically.

If unsuccessful it is because the code above does not work on your Box. You will know straight away when you enter it if the CAS menu doesnt appear
To enter the codes: Press "menu" then enter "1570" and a secret menu appears. **MAKE SURE "EMU" IS SET TO "ON"** Selecet "Nagravision" and the codes will appear. At the top select your provider: N*L, EX C*W, CH*&US etc, then in the box below select key 00. Move down to the keys below. Enter the codes by a combination of the number keys on the remote and "Audio", "Pause", red, green, yellow & blue buttons for the letters A to F.
After you have entered keys for 00 press "OK" to save. Go back up and select Key 01. Move back down and enter the codes for 01 then press OK to save.
Press exit & exit again until you get back to the first MENU screen. Press "Installation", select your provider again, go down the menu and press Auto search. This should then find all programs. After the programs have been found press exit & it should say something like saving or updating data. Then you should be able to view your channels again.
