Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
My staff pulled out the paper when it got struck half-way between the rollers. Since then the indicator is showing paper jam on the 'B4' tray. But he didn't used the any of the internal tray nor there is any blank paper kept in the 'A4' or 'B4' tray, rather he used the external right-hand side tray to insert the paper. I have checked any possibility of torn-out papers but find none. Kindly help me out as I am facing losses in business since last three or four days. Please let me know if I can chat with any one of you via Yahoo or Windows Messenger.
Dear sir; When you pull out the paper opposite direction, the sensor right underneath the roller it go opposite direction too so you just check the sensor put it back to their right position should be OK,Let me know if you need more help ! good luck,
