There is about a 99% chance that the answer is no. There may be some freak service out there but it wouldn't be worth your time and money to find and use it. Unless that is the maximum amount of ram your computer allows (very unlikely), it really is much better, safer, and faster to upgrade your ram. If you go to some different ram online stores, you can enter info about your computer and it will tell you what kind to use. One more thing. Ram is fast. Even if it did exist, the computer would run so slow that you would be worse off than you are now.
Basically, the answer is no, and even if it did, It wouldn't work so don't use it.
