- Remove the battery. There are 4 screws around the opening where the battery fits. Remove the four of them. Gently peel up the rubber gasket on the keypad under the # and * keys. There are two screws, one on each side. remove them and the back piece will come off.

For the front piece, use a razor blade and gently lift the internal LCD display plastic cover. There are 4 screws that hold the front trim piece on the phone.
