A joint between the the bread pan bottom and mounting shaft is leaking.

- The bushings at the bottom of the B2300. I took them out and cleaned them up and now the pan leaks. Is there a compound available to put in there that will stop the leak but not affect the perfomance of the maker?- BigSugarBest Solution

I went to an auto parts store and bought a product called Permatex High-Temp Red RTV Silicone Gasket Maker. It is silicone in a tube that I put on the bottom of my pan where it was leaking and let it dry for 24 hours. It will stand high heat.
