Have a blue line hrough my screen

It started about 3 days ago the Tv about 8years old

no the t.v does not shut off

it hard to tell you about a pic i have shows more

it looks like the blue does not mixed with the green about this blue line.

Does it have blue lines ,tell me exactly when problem started and what kind of picture do you have.? Does TV shut off when blue lines appear?

It could be 1 of 3 things Blue video ic on CRT board,Tube itself, or you may need to replace both of your convergence ics one that controls blue they are STKs big black ics STK392-110s

The wavy when cold is a issue with a board in the set--Hyper board--the warmup until it begins to work will gradually get longer and longer.

The blue: look at set on a unused video input--if see faint curved blue lines with some blue visable on the screen the blue screen control needs to be adjusted just slightly down until the blue and curved lines are not seen.

When I turn in my camra on evrything works but all I have is a black screen, all the white lettering and blue sintering lines are there but no pic, when I try to take a pic it will flash and sound like it...

then get ur camera screen repair

Blu lines running through pic have an auto convergence but doesn't make any difference.

Adjust Blue screen drive control on focus and screen box 3 on top 3 on bottom turn Blue down, But sony is well known for Bad Tubes!

First try to rests the camera in setting mode if it doesnt help, send for repairs.................it may be CCD problem

hi you have faulty convergance ic also there may be some faulty resistor and capacitors that sit in front of the ic, thanks

VS- 60705 Red,green,& blue lines all over screen.

sounds like your screen controls are too high? thay are behind the front cover 6 contols 3 for focus and 3 are screen the screen controls.
