Unable to receive mms

Samsung Galaxy Note 2: Can't send or receive MMS messages:

Some phones are unable to send or receive MMS messages if they are not on cellular connection but on WiFi.. if this is the case, turn off WiFi and just be on cellular

Some devices if on Power Save mode, it will not send or receive MMS messages because it takes up a lot of memory.. try turning off Power Save to see if this helps your situation

If you have a weak signal, this could also be the cause for not being able to send or receive MMS messages. I have a Note 4 and this happens to me when I have weak signal.

I've notice I have not been able to send MMS picture messages ... I've downloaded Handcent SMS and now I can at least send/receive MMS. New Samsung Galaxy s5 unable to send or receive text ...

May be your phone is not capable for MMS. You can use this company services for sending and receiving MMS.

you need to conmtact to you network provider

Before you can send and receive MMS, You must have to call your service provider and request for your multimedia configurations.
When this is sent to you, you have to save it to your phone and select it as the default access point for sending MMS and internet browsing.

Hi,
you need to contact your mobile network operator to activate the MMS feature for your mobile number and then you have to get settings from network operator and save it to your mobile phone. After that your should be able to send and receive MMS.

you need to configure the mms settings from your internet menu... but you need the right configuration from your network provider to the settings.. 
to give you an idea, here's how you may do it.. from your phone, press menu select internet select browser profiles to lead you to internet profile settings.. from your settings, press create.  then create the mms profile your network preferred.  once created, press save and exit the settings for internet profiles.. 
to make the mms profiles be the default settings for your mms, do thes steps... from your phone, press menu select settings select phone applications select messages select multimedia from multimedia menu, select profiles assign the mms profiles you created for your multimedia. press save and exit the setup... 
now to check if it's working, try sending a multimedia message to your own number to check if your phone can send and receive mms. once you successfully send it and received it, it means that your phone mms is already set and working...

I work in TSD for ATT , and from multiple cases like this , customer do not know that ATT requires that all PDA phones do require a PDA data package , without this you will not be allowed to send or receive MMS messages.
