Question about Comdial Avaya Partner ACS Phone
Hi- I am trying to figure out how to change the main voicemail greeting that people get when they first call in to our number and no one picks up. it's not in any of the regular extensions and for the life of me I can't find how to access it. We have Partner mail VS release 5. I've been all over the administrator settings (extension 99) and also extension 10 and nothing. Any help you can give would be amazing- thanks!
Dial into voicemail
1234# (default pswd)
option 3 is for Auto Attendatns
Will ask for the Auto Attendant Number (1-4)
Will ask if you want Day (1) or Night (2)
Will ask if you want to Listen (2) or Modify (6) MODIFY
You will be prompted to enter a "selector code" when finished entering selector codes, "Press *#"
just press STAR(*) POUND(#)
At this point you will be at the recording menu, just recording a greeting. MAKE SURE YOU CONFIRM by pressing STAR(*) POUND(#)

I have the same problem, except in Partner Mail #3...when I pick a selector code(assuming it could be any # from 1-9) and enter my new greeting number. I am asked to modify, I select 9 then it asks me to enter the same info again. This happens over and over..please help!
