The door handle can easily be replaced on most microwave ovens by removing the inner door panel that goes around the perimeter of the glass. The following link explains how to access and/or replace the door handle:

Carefully remove the door from the front of the dryer and lie on a flat surface face down. Lay a towel under the door to prevent scratching the door window. Remove the screws from the back of the dryer door and the hinge. The back panel should lift off exposing the screws holding the handle in place.
