it because ur dispalay is damaged u have to change ur display

Remove the main battery and power up, if no change sub out the ram memory one at a time, still nothing it is time to have the motherboard checked.

Do you have BlackBerry servcie from mobile carrier ,
first you have to subscribe BalckBerry servciec (BIS or BES) from mobile carrier.

If you have no video at all then turn off the laptop. Reseat the memory and then turn the laptop back on with just the AC Adaptor hooked up to see if you get video if not then try reseating the memory into the other slot and try turning it on again to see if you get video. If not then your motherboard may be bad. Just curious though after you turn on the laptop, does the hard drive light keep flickering like its trying to load windows?

Mine does this but what I found was that if you hold the power button down for about 10 seconds when you are turning it on, it works.
