Have you reached into the back the dryer's vent port? Most will just replace the hose but fail to clean out the dryer's internal vent tube from the internal blower.

Re-check the fuse, a clogged internal vent tube will blow the fuse again.

Kenmore dryer lights up but will not start just gives a beeping sound

Most likely a blown thermal fuse due to a clogged vent system, inside the machine and/or the vent hose to the wall port.

Clean the vent system and check the fuse, replace if needed.

Kenmore Elite Clothes Dryer working but not drying

First take dryer vent hose off and check for a plugged vent, clean it all out. There is either a clamp on the hoses you take off by prying or with a screwdriver, should be two one at the dryer and one at the vent to exit the house, also make sure that there is nothing blocking the door on the vent that exits the house sometime animal like to build nests there. If this does not fix the problem it could be the heating element in the dryer, sometimes it is cheaper to just replace the dryer than the element

I have a 27 inch Kenmore Elite gas dryer model 110-73032101. After about 5 mins. the burner shuts off and won't reignite. Is this a problem with the thermostat or sensor

Hi, Check your vent hose in the back. Where it comes off the dryer, it must go straight to the wall outlet with no bends or curves. Check your vent outside, and clean if necessary. Last if this fails to correct problem, thermostats need to be replaced. Hope this helps.

Slow drying time

very simple, do this test, take your vent hose off the back of your dryer, now dry a load of clothes, if it still takes a long time to dry, then you may need to replace your thermastats, if it works better, your vent hose was pushed in, or smashed or the vent from the wall to the outside is clogged.

Dryer is hot, clothes arnt getting dry. blower? less that 1 year old Kenmore

Remove the vent hose from the dryer and dry a load of clothes . If they dry , then dryer is pushed too far back , kinking vent hose , or the vent from the dryer to the outside is blocked somewhere . A dryer either heats or doesn't heat (except for maytag associated dryers ) in which the blower wheel could be stripped out . But Kenmores don't have blower problems .

Replace dryer vent hose

The vent hose connection protrudes from the rear bottom center of the dryer.
Nothing needs to be removed to connect a new vent.
